Remember for cheat to work sv_cheats  must be 1 not 0.

To enable cheat mode,open console by pressing ~ and then type sv_cheats 1.cheat mode will be enable.

Cheats are-

1)For God mode -> god

2)For fly through the map (No clipping mode)->noclip

3)to hits Weapon to nearest enemy->sv_clienttrace 99999999999

4)to make crosshair small->cl_crosshairscale 40000

5)For 16,000 cash->impulse 101

6)For Bots use only knives->bot_knives_only

7)For sseing through wall->mat_wireframe 3

8)For clear wall->mat_proxy 2

9)For Skulls fall from sky->impulse 99

10)To See where bot is going->bot_show_nav

11)To make Larger crosshairs-cl_crosshairscale 50000

12)To wareframe player model->r_drawothermodels 2

13)repalce no.with number to change gravity->sv_gravity no.

14)to convert bots into zombie->bot_zombie 1
